Paul Podczervinski, Senior Web Design Consultant has over twelve years of experience designing web sites and applications for clients, both large and small. Leaders in eDesign was conceived through Paul's desire to share his knowledge and penchant for design and technology with small business owners. He has created websites for companies in various industries, from entertainment to service organizations, as well as local sororities.

Teneisha Podczervinski, Business and Operations Manager, shares her husband's interest in web design. She assists him in maintaining the various sites that he creates. Teneisha's main focus is on developing the business, and on day-to-day operations.

Ultimately, Paul and Teneisha concentrate their talents on the customer's vision. Everyone has a vision for their success.
